Better late than never for the 3rd race in the GWR towpath series and the 3rd and final 10k successfully ticked off.
There were no low hanging branches to report this time around as they were nicely trimmed, the course was good to go on a perfect night for running.
St. Johns ambulance did raise alert levels arriving slightly late, but the race got off without a hitch.
123 runners made their way down the towpath, with 27 on-the-night entries which is superb. Thank you goes to Westbury Harriers to making this race a club championship race and we really appreciate the support.

One last thing. Aug 23rd see’s GWR host the final race of the series at the towpath. This race is half the distance and just as fun. Its cheaper than the other distances at £10 plus an admin fee. It would be great to see another great turnout where we deliver the series prizes.
