Race 2: Blaise Blazer
On Monday 2nd June, we attended our second race of the Club Championship at Blaise Blazer. It was another lovely evening, this time with an amazing turnout of 25 athletes! I think that we could all agree that the hills were a huge challenge, with three to conquer over the 3.7-mile course. However, it was worth it for the free cake that was provided at the end!
Everyone completely smashed it, with the top 3 GWR results for each male/female category being as follows:
- 1st Place (Men): Will Purcell
- 1st Place (Women): Katy Sutcliffe
- 2nd Place (Men): Dan Jones
- 2nd Place (Women): Kelly Dicks
- 3rd Place (Men): John Cox
- 3rd Place (Women): Lucy Ellis
