On Tuesday 6th May, GWR attended the Sri Chinmoy 2-mile race at Eastville Park. It was the first race of the Club Championship which will run for 6 races over the summer and take in local races over various distances hosted by local clubs.
It was a beautiful summer evening and we had 20 athletes from the club attend.
We had some amazing times, with the top 3 GWR results for each male/female category were as follows:
– 1st Place (Men): Will Purcell
– 1st Place (Women): Kelly Dicks
– 2nd Place (Men): Louis Realff
– 2nd Place (Women): Alice Doggrell
– 3rd Place (Men): John Cox
– 3rd Place (Women): Lucy Ellis
