Join one of our weekly group runs
GWR’s main training session is Wednesday evenings and in addition, there is an informal session on a Monday and Sunday. All speeds and abilities are welcome at all sessions.
Wednesday Sessions
Time: Meet from 6:30pm, run from 7:00pm
Location: Bristol Lawn Tennis and Squash Club
Facilities: Changing, showers, sauna, bar, hot food
The Wednesday night session offers multiple groups running distances of 4, 6, 8 and 10 miles (and occasionally more!). During the summer we make the best use of the great resources that Bristol has to offer running utilising The Downs, Ashton Court, trails in the Forest of Avon, the Towpath and more.
In the Winter we use a variety of well lit routes around the city.
