The Weston Prom Series is a series of nine five mile races held between September and May.
Races take place on the third Thursday of each month and encompass two laps of the Weston-Super-Mare promenade.
The team compettion is six runners per team, four runners to count per race, all races to count.
The individual competition is the six best positions from the first eight races.
