Club Training:

Our main training night is Wednesday, but we also have other training nights on Mondays, plus coaching sessions on Tuesday evenings too. During the Summer we make best use of the local Parks and trails in the Forest of Avon, while in Winter we use a variety of well lit routes around the City, where our regular training groups cover distances from 4 to 10+ miles.

Our "New Runners Training Sessions"
are for the complete beginner who finds the thought of running impossible, with the aim to build you up to be able to join one of our regular training groups. Our team of UK Athletics Coaches (pictured below) will take you through the necessary steps to put you on the road to a regular running schedule.

Facilities available on Wednesday club nights include: changing; showers; sauna; bar; kitchen selling hot meals, so please come prepared to make best use of what we can offer you!
